Embrace Your Difference is a Nonprofit Mental Wellness & Mentoring Organization that mentors young women and men through four pillars. Our host of programs and events year round, are created to help transcend the stigma surrounding mental health!

Embrace Your Difference was designed in response to the pain and stress that individuals go through day to day. EYD brings together health & wellness experts, mentors and community leaders to support in helping these millennials thrive in life and not just survive.  We provide this by way of therapy, life coaching, accountability groups, mentoring, conferences, workshops, retreats and more.

We invite you to lend your vision and support our annual Embrace Your Difference Conference 2021. Our correspondence with you henceforth is dictated by the need for us to acquire participation from companies who share our passion to promote the interests of millennials, men/women mental health, financial planning, healthy relationships, and entrepreneurship.

In an endeavor to fortify and inspire young adults to reach their full potential, Embrace Your Difference has created the Embrace Your Difference Conference 2021. This event will highlight millennials, business owners, who have demonstrated unique leadership in innovation, foresight, financial literacy, and healthy relationships.  In addition, we will take the opportunity to honor one individual who has embraced their difference with a tribute during the conference, which is held on Saturday, March 27^th 2021 in New Haven, CT.

The Embrace Your Difference Conference brings together strategic minds, futurists and change makers. Attendees will encounter the most productive, informative, and a rejuvenating experience like no other.  This annual event is an opportunity to tap into the emerging power of believing in yourself and dreams, tackling your mental, physical, and financial well-being, while motivating and mentoring others. “Growing up in New York City you learn a lot about who you do and do not want to become”.  Venice, A Bronx, NY native has had a passion for mentoring and helping others since being an undergrad at Lincoln University in PA.  While on Lincoln University’s campus, Venice was a very active student on campus.  Venice a former Ms. Lincoln University published her first book of poetry, “Because I am Different” at the age of 21!  After pursuing her Master’s at the University of Maryland in Social Work, Venice went into foster care work, school social work & school administration for students with emotional challenges.

In addition to being a licensed therapist (couples & individual), life coach, author and motivational speaker, Venice’s experience also include working post partum related issues, LCSW/ Licensure Supervision (Group & Individual), and in corporate special education, in which she was formerly the Executive/Senior Director of a Private Special Education School providing a structured therapeutic environment and enhanced academics to students with mental health and learning disabilities in the state of Connecticut.  She also facilitates numerous self care, mental health, and wellness workshops/groups. Venice took a “leap of faith”  four years ago and resigned from her corporate education position to work on Embracing Your Difference as a full time business owner. 

Embracing Your Difference host the Embrace Your Difference Conference each year. Venice lives in Connecticut with her husband and their 4 children.
