Educ & Run Race,

Côte-Des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-De-Grâce, Montréal, Québec, Canada Côte-Des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-De-Grâce, Montréal, Québec, Canada

  • About the event

Afrikawaly, an NGO based in Montreal, is organizing the Educ & Run race next July 22nd to raise funds for the completion of the construction of school in the village of Troun, Mali. This event will take place at the Stade Jacques Gauthier (3791 Queen Mary) in Montreal and we are expecting around a hundred runners.

Holding such an event incurs costs and we rely solely on our own fundraising efforts  and the support of local businesses like yours to ensure the success of the event.

We wish to discuss a potential sponsorship of this event with you. A number of options may be available to you. You can sponsor the event by a donation of giftcards, food or drinks, or money. In exchange we will commit to promoting your business through social media as well as at the event. If you wish, you may also hold a stand at the race.

    Why should you sponsor?

Because we have succeeded in holding various events and for hosting over 300 guests in the past. We have global education at heart and we are so close to completing the construction of our first school in Mali!

AfrikaWaly is an NGO based in Montreal and created in 2008 by young students and young professionals who wanted to get involved in development projects in Africa. Our past events include Annual Variety Shows, fundraising 15000$ for female victims of rape in Kivu in the Democratic Rebublic of Congo, donation of computers to young kids in Mauritania, etc. We are a serious NGO recognized by the Canadian government and we have African development issues at heart.

Educ'Action is the school project we are currently working on. We have raised 30000$ for this project and we are only missing 6000$ to finalize the construction of the school. With you as a sponsor we can achieve our goal and complete the school before September 2017.

As a sponsor for our Educ & Run race you can offer drinks, food or gifts for the winners. In exchange we will offer you maximum visibility.
