Why should you sponsor?
WMGK’s Philadelphia's Classic Rock (102.9 FM radio station) - The station has partnered up with BoothWise this year. BoothWise will set up a premiere "SPONSORS NAME Charity Doggie Photo Booth" setup at the Jon DeBella Dog Walk 2018. It's a professional pop-up photo studio that captures great photography and utilizes branded on-site printing.
Photo Booth Donations
Attendees will donate $7 for 1 photo, $12 for 2 photos, $15 for 3 photo printouts. The attendees purchase a 5x7 professionally edited photo to take home. This is performed by our professional photographer, and printed in seconds after the photo shoot and while the next attendee enters the photo area. In addition to the physical print, all guests will get the invitation via email for their photo download.
The opportunity to promote your brand across during the live-event and via our shared social campaign with MGK.
2017 SUCCESS WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP
We've realized the importance of partnering with Philadelphia's most-beloved classic rock station. We captured over 300 individual photos from last year. Our company recruits five volunteers each year to assist with customer interaction, staging, and payments. Michael, the owner of BoothWise, donates his time to capture all the magical moments and has recruited and implemented an updated workflow for higher capture rates.
In addition to the event success, there were over 86,000 impressions on our Facebook album within 4 days after the event. Attendees were able to visit our Facebook gallery, share images, and compete in "Philly's Most Popular Pooch" to share with friends and family.
We are hoping to have finalized confirmation before April 15, 2018 to allow ample time for advertising, design, and technical implementations on our end.
We’re a mixed bunch here at Boothwise: photographers, designers, data-crunchers, event planners. But there are two things we all have in common: a passion for photography, and a strong belief in the power of live experiences.
By supporting BoothWise, you are supporting animal rescue and ensuring how to find homes for all rescued pets. Hemlock Edge Rescue plays a large role in helping achieve a "no kill" city status. Please help them continue their efforts!
