About the event
I want to create an event whereby I cook curry while helping feed the homeless.
I am asking for your drive and enthusiasm. We’re asking you to harness that good, old-fashioned British pride and am asking you to get your friends, colleagues and families to come together to raise funds for a great cause.
This is a fun, delicious and very British way of helping raise the money we need to be able to help others.
The plan is to organise a charity event where I cook curry and arrange a Bollywood event whicch tickets will be sold. The money raised from the event will go towards cooking food for the homeless and hand delivering it to them directly, handing out to Salvation Army, Big Issue and Shelter.

As a mother of 4 and working alone I am trying to pull this off in a really big way to make an impact on homeless people in Bournemouth and Poole.

Sarah Ali ChoudhuryPlease allow me to introduce myself, I am Sarah Ali Choudhury, founder of Easy Curry Ltd and teach people how to cook real, delicious & home made indian food. You may or may not have seen me recently on Channel 4's My Kitchen Rules with Prue Leith and Michael Caines and Raymond Blanc.
After creating some YouTube videos on Indian Cookery initially for Hey Mummy TV (Bloggers) they found that my food videos were getting more hits on YouTube, infact more views than they were getting for their own videos. This inspired me to send my video to a production company only to find that they loved it and I was then selected to be a part of the Latest Channel 4 cookery series My Kitchen Rules UK, to be judges by Raymond Blanc, Prue Leith and Michael Caines.
I have managed to achieve my own food column in our local newspaper Daily Echo "Taste" and also the Asian World Magazine based in the Manchester.
I currently have a Radio Show slot with Hot Radio in Poole due to launch in the new year with myself as a food expert.
I am catering for the Bournemouth Hospital Charity on 5th December this year and have plans to do this more regularly in 2017.
One of the other things that I am very proud to announce is that I have been nominated for the Rising Star Award by Bournemouth Tourism Awards ( March 2017) and have just been awarded as Ambassador for Unity in Vision Charity.
