About the event
The Cookie Cutter Collectors Club (CCCC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing information with those that are interested in collecting cookie cutters, cookie decorating, and the history of cookie cutters. We research, record and share information with each other regarding all things related to cookie cutters. Every 2 years all the regional clubs come together for a 3 day event to reunite friends at the national convention. We attend presentations related to cookie cutters and cookie decorating. We also swap and buy cutters and other baking related supplies. Of course their is tons of homemade and beautifully decorated cookies to see and enjoy. The Capital Chapter of the CCCC (regional club) is sponsoring the 2021 convention at the Founders Inn and Spa. The theme of the convention is Mermaids and Mariners. We will have special presentations that relate cookies to mermaids and all the military members of the Hampton Roads area.
Along with the convention we will also be having the 2021 Cookie and Craft Show. The Vendor Hall will be free to the public and have food and nautical related vendors.
Why should you sponsor?
Your organization will not only gain visibility in Virginia Beach, but nationally through all the club members across the United States. The CCCC also has a quarterly newsletter, a facebook page, and a website that we place photos and information about the convention and sponsors.
The club members that are not local arrive several days before the event. Club members are informed of local sponsors (that want their donation made public) so members may visit their business before/after the event.
If you are an organization that has a affiliation with the military or mermaids our 2021 convention theme "Mermaids and Mariners" may have a special significance to the club and we may ask to provide additional information to the club about your product or business.
