    This show is being held at A3C - All 3 coasts -Atlanta 

    The Largest Hip-Hop festival in the world. The venue hold 300 and over 10,000 attend the festival. This is our 3rd year having a showcase at the festival. In our presentation you can see that venue was filled beyond capacity

    Kathia Woods

    Kathia Woods was born in Munich, Germany to Brazilian Artists Edemar  “Dimas” Lourenco and Sylvia Helena Dos Santos. She spent the early years of her life educated at the prestigious boarding school Adelgundenheim in Munich, Germany and her vacation time traveling with her parents around the world. Through those travel, she was able to see most of the world and learn additional languages such as Spanish and French. To maintain her Brazilian roots, her parents would send her to spend a month in the summer with her maternal grandparents to affirm her strength on the Portuguese language and her Brazilian heritage.
    In 1981 after the death of her father and remarriage of her mother to an American she relocated to the United States, specifically New Jersey. She lived there until College which brought her to Philadelphia, PA.
    Kathia achieved her undergraduate degree from Temple University majoring in Political Science and minoring in Art History. She later returned to complete a master’s in Public Relations with a concentration in International Studies.
    Katha’s foray into entertainment goes back to childhood where she studied dance at Jessica Duncan Dance Studio in Munich, Germany. Kathia also performed with her parents who were a part of the Braziliana Ballet. Additionally, she acted in numerous plays.
    Upon relocating to the United States, she focused on her studies. She also enjoyed a career in Fashion working for such reputable retailers Ann Taylor and Talbots. She later continued her career working at Commerce Bank where she graduated from Part Time CSR to Assistant Branch Manager in 3 years.  After her time at Commerce, she worked for Vanguard. At Vanguard she obtained her 7, 6, 63 as well as her life and health assisting clients with retirement planning.  She transferred those skills than to Bank of New York Mellon.
    Kathia reentered the entertainment field by meeting “Finesse” Terrell Greenlee then later on Garnett Hayes aka “GeezSeven” and helping them mainstream LiveLegendary, LLC.   A music company based out of Philadelphia, PA. She took on the title of Managing Director and acquired 25% ownership in the company.
    In her three years at LiveLegendary, she oversaw the careers of De’ko, Lill Raw, and the overall operations of the company.
     She helped conceptualize the musical series Artist for Artist. Gain sponsors for the series such as Pretzel Crisp and Pinnacle Vodka.  She also brokered the co-ownership of Live Hype Recording Studio located in the northeast region of Philadelphia, PA. She also was the co-coordinator for Fashion Funk night an event which showcased up and coming fashion designers from the Philadelphia Area as well as local musical acts.
    In 2014 she stepped down as Managing Director of LiveLegendary, LLC still retaining her ownership and started The Dimas Group.  Currently, she manages the career of Crazie K!d AnonYmouS.She also took Artist for Artist on the road to Washington, DC, Atlantic City and Brooklyn NY cementing her relationship with those regions.
    In 2015 she was the co-promoter on Termanology’s “Shut Up and Rap Tour” Philadelphia, PA stop as well as launching her radio show with DJ XL on PC Radio called “A Cup of Soul.” The show will air every Thursday from 8-10pm est time and highlight soulful hip-hop. She just signed up to be the co-promoter for Planet Asia return to the East Coast.
    Kathia has been a contributing writer for Lyricallyfit.com as well as hosted numerous events.  Kathia is also an accomplished photographer.  She has photographed over 50 shows. Her photography is available at http://klw.photoshelter.com
    Kathia is a member of the Philadelphia Grammy Chapter, Women in Music, North Penn Women Group, NAWBO, MicroMentor , PABJ, NAHJ, LVVH andTemple Alumni Association. She has volunteered for Philadbundance, The Red Cross, SPCA and Junior Achievement
