About the event

Calling All Warriors is a fundraising live music event, hosted by ISA + JUDE, a Nashville-based artist management company, benefiting the American Cancer Society. Our mission is to donate 100% of our proceeds directly to the ACS, which we have done successfully for the past two years as a result of our generous sponsors and talent. Each and every one of our Committee-members, live performers, and featured guests have volunteered their time and talent to bring this event to life. These shows have proven to be a community building place for those who have been affected by cancer, but also a fun way to raise money and listen to music. 

This year, the third annual Calling All Warriors event will take place at City Winery on July 24th. We have renowned photographer Jeremy Cowart giving his TED Talk and showcasing photos from the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in Nashville TN, a lodging solution for cancer patients who must undergo treatment far from home. We also have three local musicians playing 20-minute acoustic sets. This event could not be possible without the support of our sponsors. Why should you sponsor?

What started out as an idea for a concert benefit to raise money and awareness about the importance of cancer research has now evolved into a movement to put an end to cancer known as Calling All Warriors. The true warriors are those battling cancer, and we want to do our part to help them beat the terrible disease. 

Calling All Warriors is an all-ages event, marketed primarily through social media, event promo flyers, as well as local radio. Becoming a sponsor for Calling All Warriors will benefit your company by increasing your visibility and reach to potential customers in the Nashville area. In addition, Because ISA+JUDE’s founder sits as the Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society’s ABOA Board, if your company is interested in supporting American Cancer Society in more ways, the American Cancer Society hosts a gala called The Best Dressed Ball. If your company is interested in sponsoring that event, we are able to count their sponsorship from the Calling All Warriors event towards a larger sponsorship level for the Best Dressed Ball. Jasmine Olson

My name is Jasmine Olson, and I am the Co-Chair of Donors, Sponsorship and Talent for the Calling All Warriors event benefitting the American Cancer Society. My efforts toward this event are completely volunteer, as I work full time as an Event Manager in the Health and Wellness industry. In my role, I coordinate Biometric Screening events, which aid in the early detection and prevention of chronic illness and health complications. Echoing the mission of Calling All Warriors, I work to encourage populations to be proactive about their health because fifteen minutes could save your life. A living testament is my grandmother, who was diagnosed with breast cancer despite maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle. Her cancer had gone undetected by mammography for 15 years until she was prompted by a specialist to do an ultrasound. Had she not taken the extra precaution, the cancer could have been devastating. Thankfully, after a full mastectomy and rigorous treatment, she has been cancer free for 26 years. I am proud to honor her, and every man and woman affected by this disease.
