About the event
We have been having this Event without too many arrangements. Without having too many details this event have had over 300 people attending. Next year we are planning to have this event with more support and with a more professional organization. We have discover that the Latin community here in Idaho is very responsive. Having several colleges around, with a great international program in where 30% of the students are Latin. This event has great potential in a "market" that has not been exploded before in this area. Rexburg, Idaho can be the center of this event bringing the Latin communities from Idaho Fall, Rigby, Blackfoot and even pocatello if the event is well sponsored. The visibility that your company will get is going to be big and we can promise that the event will increase the popularity of your company here in Idaho.Why should you sponsor?
Latin Audience
At least 300 or more people will be able to see and hear your contributions to our event.
This might be the first time we throw this event seeking sponsors, but we know that the effects of the sponsorship will increase the popularity and sales in your company. Latin audiences are very responsive, your company will reach an audience that hasn't been reach out too often in this part of the United States.
Minimum offer exchange: For each type of sponsorship there will be several banner that will include all of the sponsors for the party, including the company logo being show on the Dj's panels and Dj's announcements of the sponsors. Also for the winners of the Bachata Contest, the price that the winners will get, will have a certificate indicating what made the price possible. Including the announcement of the sponsors during the award ceremony.
If the amount of money for donation is double. The sponsor will have a personal banner for the company in the most visible place of the place of the event. If there anything specific that your company wants for visibility we can discuss it and check how we can satisfy your needs.
Juan AlvarezI was Born in Ecuador and moved to the United States 2 years ago to study at BYU-Idaho. I have been working organizing these events since last year. I have a lot of experience in bringing people to these events. I love music, in fact I recently started to be the Dj in these events and I always make sure people have a great time and enjoy the party.
I am organizing this Bachata Fest in a more professional way since the attendance have been getting higher and higher. I decided to reach sponsors so we can have a more professional event and start doing in it more often to open the Lating audiences around this area.
