About the event
Autism Spectrum Australia's annual Aspect Combined Schools Sports Carnival for Children with Autism is on again on Wednesday, September 12 2018, at Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre. Now in its 11th year, the event brings together more than 500 students with autism from Aspect's eight autism specific schools including satellite classes across NSW, along with parents, carers, teachers, volunteers and supporters. Help us to make the world's biggest athletics carnvial for children with autism a fantastic experience for everyone involved!

Aspect strongly believes in the value of bringing its students together in a spirit of fun and competition while enjoying a sense of belonging to a broader autism community. At the Aspect Combined Schools Sports Carnival we are able to overlay the sport, the fun and the interaction with families and chilren from other schools to give the kids an enjoyable and educational experience. It’s a great opportunity for them to practice their communication and social skills and most of all to have a great day of fun.
