About the event

Airspace is seeking sponsorship for a one-off music event on the 7th of May 2023.

We are transforming a tunnel on the University of Leeds campus into an immersive venue using state-of-the-art lighting and visual effects. We are working in collaboration with the University to gain approval for this project.

We are looking for a financial sponsor to fund this project, with the potential for a long-term partnership at our other shows in 2023.

Why should you sponsor?

We have a monthly reach of 35k Instagram profiles aged between 18 and 28 with an expected attendance of over 5000 individuals at our events in the next quarter. A sponsor will be prominently featured throughout our event and on all associated marketing materials and event signage. Through our active social media presence and our events, we can provide brand exposure to a highly targeted audience of students. We can also offer direct sales opportunities at our events through the sale of a sponsor's product.

I have a Masters Degree in Music, Management and Promotion and understand the intricacies of commercial sponsorships. I am prepared to work with a potential sponsor to negotiate a mutually beneficial deal that represents the interests of all parties.
