    Charmaine Jackson

Chef Charmaine's love for food started at a young age. From eating to trying to creating. With busy parents Chef Charmaine learned to cook to help take care of her younger brother. At this time she figured she had the basics but had no idea cooking was in her destiny. Chef Charmaine Joined the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17 (with consent of her mother). She was given what most people would call a dreaded job, and it was the best time of her life. Cooking gave her creative freedom, thanks to her mentors that saw potential in her. She began to learn how much elegance and skill cooking took. It entered her into a world she though was made for her. As her senior management left the creativity was stifled, so she exited honorably to venture on her own. Her goal is to create outlets for all artist, where they can be themselves. Offer a outlet where they can express thereselves freely. Chef Charmaine also has instructors from the art institute of San Diego that were inspirations to her life determination. Chef Charmaine runs this Black, Female,Veteran, LGBT owned business with the help of her fiance.
