About the event

On Monday, February 19, ROYAL, Be Super, and Creative Cypher are partnering to host free screenings of Marvel’s “Black Panther” for the Chicago community. Our intention is to bring a diverse and inclusive community of creatives and leaders into the same space, engaging collectively around a movie “for The Culture,” while heightening exposure to empowered representations of Blackness.
Black Panther is the first African American mainstream superhero. This is the first Black Panther film and features a predominantly Black cast, portraying Black life with power and positivity.

Thanks to a partnership with Creative Cypher founder Troy Pryor, All Jokes Aside founder, Raymon Lambert, MiHiChi founder Michael Issac, and Jackie Taylor, founder of Black Ensembler Theater, we are bringing that platform back. 

This production is held at the historic Black Ensemble Theater and will help support the African-American Arts Alliance of Chicago

Jae Davis

My name is Jennifer "Jae" Davis and I from Chicago, IL (Chi-town) :) . Instead of keeping it short I will just keep it sweet ;)

Since a toddler I had a strong passion for entertainment; singing, acting, rapping, you name it. Growing in a family with musicians and singers I spent my adolescent and teen years pursing my own dreams; engaging in numerous singing and rap groups. In college I majored in Business where I found my niche, management. In 2005 I started a promotions company, Deck'd Out Ent that partnered with other promoters and investors in the greater Atlanta area, landing events with Kelis, Jazze Pha, Ludacris and Rick Ross to name a few. In 2005 I sphereheaded the Bad Boys of Comedy Marketing and Branding Events with Puff Daddy at the AUC in Atlanta, GA. I later began to partner with companies such as Almost Famous by event coordinator and industry connector Rovella Williams as backstage management for artist like B.o.B and Rock City (PlanetVI). With growing passion and dedication to the industry I finally decided to launch my own management company, JaeCManagement Services in 2010 where my first client was fashion shoe designer Tyler Bailey. I was able to organize, manage and partner with the designer, assisting in the placements of shoes to a celebs and socialities. In 2011, I was blessed to create, develope and coordinate the Atlanta event "Paint the Town Static" where there was a collab of music, art and fashion. The event was geared around the designer Tyler Bailey, showcasing his newest designs while enjoying the excitement of an artshow, fashionshow and diverse music ranging from hiphop/rock to r&b. JaeCManagement now holds a roster of arist/clients that range from fashion to entertainmentpec, specializing in marketing and branding, JCM is a boutique management company that has unique clientele who are the "new age" movers and shakers in the entertainment, fashion and music industry.  I am thankful and blessed and will continue to press forward on my road of wisdom, abundance, learning, teaching, success and Love :)
