The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting to make a life unlimited by Cystic Fibrosis.
The Trust funds research into finding a cure and for helping people affected by CF with a wide range of resources.
The Trust fights to ensure people with the condition receive the best possible care.
