About the event
The Ocean City Jazz Festival is a two nights event of live jazz music! It is a celebration of culture, diversity, and inclusion through jazz music. The Ocean City Jazz Festival celebrates its 8th year with a tried and true formula of the top names in jazz and the vacation destination of North Topsail Beach!
Why should you sponsor?
The 8th annual Ocean City Jazz Festival is the product of the community's not for profit organization, the Ocean City Beach Citizens Council and will be held on
July 1-2, 2017. The Ocean City Community was established in 1949 as the first coastal community in which African Americans could purchase land in North Carolina. The now diverse community is striving to preserve the community and the premise on which it was established. Revenue from the jazz festival is used to maintain and restore the historical buildings and promote the history of the community. You would be helping to sustain the community and continue our 68 year message of inclusion.
