The Women's Mental Health Seminar aims to promote awareness and education on mental health issues affecting women. We will be providing a platform for women to share their experiences, learn from experts in the field, and discuss strategies to improve mental health and well-being. The seminar will include keynote speeches, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.

Zoliswa MahlanguStatics have show that most women from previously disadvantaged background are not able to seek the relevant counselling when they experience trauma. This is due to financial constraints and in also the culture of "Do no air your dirty laundry", in most African cultures women are taught to be strong and be the backbone of their families and at time this means they cant focus on their own grief and trauma, they are expected to get over it. We will work with the relevant stakeholder to ensure that women in need of help are given the assistance necessary.
"In 2016 my son was still-born, it was towards the end of my pregnancy.
8 months, and was completely devasted by the loss. I did my best to move on with life and be strong but over the years I came to realise that I still have not recovered from the loss and I need professional assistance to cope. I believe there a lot of women who have dealt with similar situations and need assistance as I did but they cant get the helo due to financial contraints or they don't know where to go for help. That is why I started Njabu Caring Hands."
