Teenage Nightmare Halloween Costume Party,

About the event

My name is E'stlyn Tompo. I am a 9th grade student at Bridges Prep in Beaufort, Sc. We live in a very rual area, where often times, there are no activities for teens. A group of friends of mine from school and I would like to host a community wide costume party for the local teens. We are also showcasing local teenage talent at the event. The event will be a costume party and talent show with a $250 grand prize for the talent show and other great prizes and giveaways. We are trying to raise money to ensure that everyone is safe and security is fully staffed for the event. My mom has been putting a lot of her money into making this event happen, but she can not do it alone. Food, candy, decorations, a dj, security, venue cost and prized are needed and any help would go a long way to make this event a success. 

Why should you sponsor?

Sponsors should help support because there just isn't enough for teens to do in the local area. We want to give the kids something positive to do within the community. Positive activities would help limit local teens from getting into the wrong things and it helps develop a sense of community within the young Beaufort community.

I am a 15 year old kid from Beaufort, SC that is into event planning and events. It has been a long time passion of mine. I love my city and community and take pride and being a voice for the local youth. I am the 2nd oldest of 4 children to a single mom. She has instilled independance and hard work in all 4 of her kids. I am a mover and shaker. If I set a goal, I try my best to achieve them. I want to be a youth community advocate.
