About the event
Launch Pad Retreat 2018 is a weekend retreat for entrepreneurial driven woman. Our confirmed attendees range from small start up businiess owners, creatives like product designers, graphic designers, surface print designers, apparel designers, photographers, social media guru's, social media influencers, marketing gals, sketch comedy writers, improv actresses, and all around, motivated inspiring people! This is our first year doing this retreat, and we are hosting a group of ambitious woman to get together and learn from one another, collaborate, teach, create new friendships, inspire and motivate. Throughout our retreat weekend, we will have various workshops, speakers, crafts, mood boards, swimming, yoga, and bonding planned.

We are hosting a retreat with an array of women who are all influential within their professional communities. Since each of our attendees are coming from all different parts of the country, it will expand your products' reach.
Jillian EstrellaHelllo, my name is Jillian!!! I am one of the founders of Launch Pad Retreat, along with 2 of my colleagues. My background is in Fashion Design, I've been in this industry for over 15 years. Currently I am working for a product company as a textile designer. While I have a full time job, my passion is swimwear, with my free time I am working on launching my own swimwear line.
Our goal for this retreat is to get different woman from all different backgrounds all together to empower and inspire each other to follow their passions and CREATE!!!! I am beyond excited about hosting this retreat, and cannot wait to meet all the like minded woman that will be in attendance.
