We create experiences – lifestyle events which bring together hand picked trade stands, speakers, workshops and demonstrations to create a full and educational day out. Sarah LewisIn 2015 our founder Sarah was managing director of a multitude of large scale events, hospitality and catering businesses in Rural Shropshire. After a strenuous summer of juggling business and family commitments Sarah came to realise after a health scare something had to give and it wasn’t going to be her health. In the meantime as a caterer, Sarah was getting regular enquiries and bookings from her clients to tailor menus and dishes to suit the vegan, vegetarian or coeliac diet. Sarah embraced the challenge and found a way to combine events and speciality food starting with busy community style fairs at local towns. Sarah now advocates a healthy balance of nutrition, exercise & wellbeing in both her businesses and personal lifestyle and in winter 2017 the Healthy Lifestyle Show was born.
