    OK, well, I didn't realize there would be more boxes to fill out.  Hi, my name is Dave, I'm a commercial real estate broker and I gather friends and influence them.  I often throw parties at restaurants throughout NYC and invite friends and friends of friends to come, meet, eat, drink and be generallly merry.  My next event is at 12 Chairs in Williamsburg.  It's an Israeli restaurant with a great vibe, great food, great music where people dance in the aisles, sing and have a wonderful time.  

    Why should you sponsor?

    The parties are small, give or take 50 people, usually married, between 40 and 55.  Attendees are generally wealthy and own their own home(s).  In the past, the guests pay their own way, but someone suggested a sponsorship so here I am.  I think that any sponsor of one of my parties will be remembered fondly.

    I'm Dave, 52 year old entrepreneur and real estate investor.  I earn a living mostly as a commercial real estate broker selling land and buildings.  I'm an extrovert who loves getting people together both on a purely social level as well as a professional level.

I host a regular gathering of friends at various restaurants throughout NYC, usually around 50 people. They are all professionals, ages 40-55, own their home(s), most with children in high school or college. My guests have traditionally paid for themselves but someone suggested a sponsorship by a liquor brand, so here I am. We have alot of fun at my events, drink copiously, and I promise you your brand will be remembered well.
