    We are holding a Charity Christmas Ball to celebrate 30 years of making a difference at The Children's Adventure Farm Trust. 

    The Ball will be a fabulous night of celebration, with sparkling drinks reception, delicious four course meal, fabulous table gifts, amazing raffles & auctions, brilliant host, mega party band & much more!

    Set in the Cheshire countryside, CAFT offers day trips and residential stays, free of charge, to terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children. Our aim is to provide an opportunity, to make life long memories of fun and laughter, to children whose needs or circumstances prevent them from accessing the sort of childhood experiences most of us would take for granted.
    In 2021 over 13,000 children visited our 10 acre site and benefited from our services. In 2022 we aim to further increase this provision to 14,000+ children.

    The Christmas Ball is a great opportunity to support an amazing charity, whilst having a fabulous night out with your friends, family or colleagues! 

    Why should you sponsor?

    Sponsoring our event is a great chance for your business to gain exposure to up to 400 guests on the night in addition to a larger reach through pre and post event promotional coverage. We would promote your business through all our social media avenues (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn), and depending on the package your name and logo will be included in all event flyers, press sumbissions, presentations on the night, signage and in the event programme. We would also be happy to chat around ideas on this that would benefit you the most.

    We have various levels of sponsorship to suit your budget and business goals to give you an opportunity to show your corporate social responsibility. The packages are open to discussion if you have your own suggestions too. 

    Of course, any sponsorship would be a huge help towards the opportunities we provide for children at CAFT. For example, the Entertainment and Drinks sponsor would fund day visits for 600 children whilst the Main Sponsor would fund a 3 day residential break for 37 children or day visits for 1000 children!

    I'm Natalie, the Events Fundraiser at the wonderful charity, The Children's Adventure Farm Trust. 

    My aim is to put on fabulous events for guests to enjoy whilst raising both awareness and the crucial funds needed to make what we do here possible.
