The You Are Fabulous: Tea Party & Character-Building Event requires various types of sponsorships to ensure its success. These include venue sponsorship to accommodate up to 200 people, decoration sponsorship for tea party-themed props and accessories, prizes sponsorship for door prizes and giveaways, food and catering sponsorship to prepare meals for over 200 attendees, and DJ sponsorship to provide suitable music for the event. Monetary donations are also welcomed to cover the various costs associated with organizing the event.
Moreover, clean-up supplies sponsorship is needed to ensure the venue is left in good condition after the event. In addition, donations of Kentucky Derby attire such as party dresses, shoes, and accessories in various sizes are welcomed to provide attire for children who may not be able to afford their own tea party clothing. Furthermore, mentorship or guidance from local entrepreneurs and individuals can help the young entrepreneur behind Polly B. Grand Event Entertainment Services develop her business skills and event knowledge, fostering her growth and success in the industry.

1. Decorations: We are looking for sponsors who can provide decorations for the event. This includes Tea Party, floral, or pastel-themed props, lighting, and other accessories that can set the mood for this affair.
2. Prizes: If you can provide prizes for the door prizes and giveaways, it would be greatly appreciated. This can include gift cards, movie tickets, gift bags or other items that would be of interest to local children.
3. Food: Catering is very important for this affair. Donating food , drinks and food services would be appreciated as well. We will be preparing meals for over 150 people. All food donations are welcomed. We will need utensils and plating. Servers will also be needed.
4. DJ: We need a sponsor who can provide a DJ for the party. The DJ should be able to play a variety of soft elegant music that is suitable for a tea party affair.
5. Monatary: Monatary donations are always welcomed. Your contributions will go a long way, as there are many thing needed to prepare.
6. Donations of Kentuck Derby tea party dresses, shoes and accessories in various sizes for children that are not able to have tea party atire. Event registry will provide exact sizes for each child in need.
7. Clean-up Supplies: After the party, we will need help cleaning up the venue. If you can provide garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and other items, it would be greatly appreciated.
8. Offer mentorship or guidance to help this young entrepreneur develop her business skills and event knowledge.
