Our Winning From Within Conference is to give a new perspective to today youth. After seeing today youth struggle with all types of issues from self- esteem to personal and soical struggles. WHen most people think about winning, they think about driving a particular car, wearing specific name brands, and all the superficial things soical media and trends depict as winning. But what does it mean to win from within; walking in purpose, kindess, wholeness and winning first i your heart and mind, and the rest will follow. This Youth Conference caters to girls and boys from the ages of 8-21.

The Founder of Divne By Design MEntoring Co, Ebony Belt a Certified Trauma Support Specialist had had her share of trauma and struggles to overcome through these life experiences. Ebony belives God reated a unique blueprint for each person's life that is unqie to their purpose. She was raised without either of her parents and she always knew she wanted to assist other youth who faced the same struggles that she has faced herself. She built DBD after many of her life events. As a certified trauma support specialist Ebony ensures trauma-informed care is at the forefront of all services provided by DBD.
