Mental health has just started to be widely talked about over the past 20 years or so. It has become more acceptable to have conversations about managing stress, anxiety, and depression, yet we still don't address this in some of the most high-stress industries. While physical well-being has been more common in the workplace in terms of exercise and nutrition, we still don't discuss the effects of mental and emotional stability on the physical state of being; which overall, can effect everything you do.

Finding time to renew, rebuild, and restore your physical, emotional, and mental well-being is crucial to sustaining the energy and motivation to build a successful and fulfilling life and career.
