Uncommon Hacks,

Chicago, Illinois, United States Chicago, Illinois, United States

  • About the event

UChicago’s only MLH-sponsored hackathon, Uncommon Hacks, is a 30-hour event where college students meet to collaborate on programming projects, compete to win prizes, learn new skills, and engage with sponsors. It will take place at the Polsky Exchange from January 14th-15th and host approximately 250 attendees. We had an awesome, successful event with over 1,000 applicants last year - see more at https://vimeo.com/183702934!

    Why should you sponsor?

There are a ton of benefits to being a sponsor (including branding, resume books, and product feedback), and we still have room for a few companies to get on board to make this uncommon event happen. If you have any interest in sponsoring, please let me know – I’d love schedule a phone call to talk about the role your company could play in Uncommon Hacks. There's more specific information about sponsorship levels in our pitch deck!

    Kim Holmgren

My name is Kim Holmgren and I'm a 3rd year at UChicago. I'm the co-head of sponsorship for Uncommon Hacks this year, and I held this role last year as well. I'm really excited about this awesome event and would love to talk more on the phone to anyone who is interested!
