    Background on the Label

    Alex Montgomerie, James Reynolds, Giaco Bridgett are the founding members in the mechanics of the label.

    The events and promotion side of the label is run by Alex Montgmerie, Dylan Shawyer and Federico Pironti.

    Radio One have been supporting our releases (specialist tastemakers: Annie Mac, Danny Howard, Mistajam)

    There has also been a good amount of support from Spotify within their specialist Dance Music Playlists. The total combined amount of streams from this recently created label amounts to over half a million.

    3. Reach

    The majority of the attendees of the event will be 20-27 year old affluent europeens based mainly in west london, involved in all forms of industries focused on creativity such as Music, Fashion and Photography.

    There will be a strong presence of music business members from Sony, Warner, FFRR, Parlophone, Universal, Island, Radio One, Juice Box etc... In addition to employees ranging from traditional fashion houses as Hermes to tech based ones such as Mr Porter. We also hope to attract representatives from top Hotel Brands such as Brown’s Hotels and Blakes Hotel.

    Our estimated total reach is targeted at 200,000 followers on social media.

    4. Proposed Event

    We are specifically choosing to showcase our invite only event in an art gallery. We feel such a space would be most conducive at promoting our brand and our sponsorees. The venue and styling would not distract attendees in the same way as a more traditional venue like “Tape” or “Bluebird”. True to the art direction of our label, we aim to create a specific vintage theme through the projection and printing of artwork throughout the venue its blank white walls, coupled with music supplied from some of the best emerging talents in the remerges of Disco/Classic House.


    Alex Montgomerie

    Born in the 90s, Xander has spent his recent years going back through the history of soul, funk and disco and understanding how their music had such an impact on their generation today...finding ways to work history back into the dance floor. Xander has been lighting up the airwaves with his debut single “In The Air”. Released on his own imprint “Too Much Too Soon”, Radio 1’s Danny Howard and Annie Mac have both been heralding the arrival a brand new player on the scene. Upcoming productions see him now upping the ante with releases on hot-to-trot UK Indie Good Company, with a raft of further releases to come for 2019.
