We Stride Non-Profit was formed to reach the youth in our local community with services and programs designed to develop their self-esteem, leadership abilities, academic and spiritual growth. We depend heavily on Music, Arts, Athletics and Entrepreneurship as our bridge to connect with our young audience.

This Summer 2017, We Stride Non-Profit in collaboration with sponsors and patrons will launch its’ first annual residency of ‘Young musicians, artists, dancers, designers and entrepreneurs, which will begin in June and culminate in a Benefit Event in October 2017. This program is called The MADE Society.

Karen Cannonier-Harris

We Stride Non-Profit was established by Kenneth and Karen Harris in 2011. It has been functioning to serve youth and young adults since then. The purpose of We Stride Non- Profit is to enhance the growth and development of youth and young-adults. The idea was driven by the positive impacts of our many programs on young people.

We have organized:

• 10 annual youth retreats
• Gym nights
• Lock in
• Youth leadership workshops
• Music and Arts events
