RN EVENT MANAGEMENT invites you to become a sponsor for our first annual event “STRANGERS IN GOA”. This exciting event will be held on last week of July at GOA. Our theme this year is to “meet with the strangers of same age but of two different genders in a good relaxation place such as GOA”.

We can’t meet our goals without the help of people/companies like you/yours.

That’s why I’m writing it to you. Would you consider making a donation of 6 lacs to help sponsor our event? By giving to “STRANGERS IN GOA”, you will be able to help us accomplish goals, assist members of our community and completing with a grand successful event.

In appreciation of your anticipated donation, we would like to offer you:-

• Online advertisement all over India for two months (through Facebook, Instagram & Youtube).
• Name on separate sponsorship banner.
• We will carry banner with sponsor logo in the event. Which will be showed in every sub-events in GOA.
• Printed T-shirts of sponsors logo to all participants and crew member that they have to wear during the event days and while travelling from Kolkata to goa
• 100 separate boards for welcoming participants with their name and companies separate logo on each board in kolkata airport.
• Standee banner with company logo on Kolkata & Goa airport to collect all participants across India.
• On the day of lucky draw on facebook live your company name will be taken by the host and it will be shown in the background screen. Where the all over Indian participants going to watch (live crowd of that day expected 80k to 2 lac).
• Feedback signature board with your company logo.
• 1 Freepass for 1 person will be given to the sponsored company.
