About the event
I am writing on behalf of the University of Southampton Medical Student Graduation Ball Committee. The event will be held at the Guildhall in Southampton. We want to give a very special send off to all of our graduating doctors this year in July 2018 to celebrate our achievements. We are aiming to host around 400 people dining and approximately 100 non-dining, which we realise is a big task financially.
We believe this is a great opportunity for promotion of any business wanting to reach out to young professionals who will shortly be qualified doctors with their first pay cheque! This will be the final time to celebrate the last 5/6 years of university with our peers so we want it to be a memorable and treasured event which your brand could feature in.
