During this global pandemic, many concerts throughout Utah have been cancelled and everybody is screaming for something to do. Event bands and professionals are begging for events to continue.
We have partnered with South Town Shopping center to put on a large, free, Drive-In concert so that everyone can finally have some concert summer fun! Sandy City and surrounding areas have cancelled all of their city festivals and their dedicated attendees are itching to party. The solution is a large parking-lot concert with a capacity for 900+ cars with high-energy event bands like the Groove Merchants (www.groovemerchantsevents.com).
We are seeking a select few sponsors to fund the event. We don't want to water it down with a myriad of sponsors. Just a handful (or 1 large one) so we can market and promote them solely.
The event will be promoted along with the sponsor(s) on free-way billboards, radio, social media, television, and other avenues. Attendance is expected to be large while still maintaining appropriate Covid19 guidlines. People will be expected/encouraged to remain in or around their cars.
Large marketing draw. Exclusivity in sponsorship. Community outreach. Promotion of Utah's Event Industry which has been hit hard.
