Skin Out Obsessed™ is the ultimate fitness "Wok Out" for those who want to get fit while having a fun time. This Dancehall and Caribbean inspired fitness class is more like a Dancehall party for anyone looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one and is designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Classes are 55 - 90 minutes long, with a focus on the SOO™ four elements: flexibility, waistline, inversions and floor work cardio increasing flexibility, building strength, and core. Think of it more as a Dancehall party where you hear the hottest and classic "tunes" and practice the latest dance steps. SOO™ is a no judgement zone and is perfect for all fitness levels and ages

We use movement to build life skills such as strength , resilience, and flexibility which can be translated to ones everyday life. Skin Out Obsessed Group Fitness classes meet ups also known as Dancehall parties are the perfect venue for sponsors to develop lasting relationships with new and existing targets. Women all over the globe take and practice in Skinout Obsessed training from USA, Italy, Spain and South America.

Queen B-randi is a Dancehall Queen based in the USA known for mastering styles such as flexibility, Twerk, bubbling and headtop. She has competed and won 2 Dancehall Queen titles and the International Champion Bubbler Queen titles.   In 2013 she got credit for premiering  her signature move "helicopter spin" in Jamaica and placed 1st runner up in the International Dancehall Queen Competition in Montego Bay, Jamaica. B-randi created her edgy and bold   clothing line SKINOŪT in 2011. “Skin Oūt” is a dancehall inspired clothing line, created to empower women to feel sexy and have confidence. B-randi has toured in Europe to perform, judge and teach her signature style of movement from Dancehall called “ Skin Out”  Style. She has taught workshops in Frankfurt, Germany, Paris & Bordeaux France, Italia, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Spain Sweden and Holland.
