About the event

Hello, 

I am writing you concerning a sponsorship opportunity with the 1st annual PV Retreat, April 20-21.Our PV Retreat weekend will consist of 3 social gatherings. One of which will be a pool party at the Aloft Hotel downtown. With your support this event will be one for the books. We are expecting over 500-600 people at each of our events. This would give you direct access to your target audience and be a chance to broadcast to others as well. This weekend will be attended by students from Prairie View A&M, Texas Southern University, U of H, Stephen F. Austin, Texas A&M, University of Texas, and others. I look forward to possibly working with you on this event and I am open to other ideas you might have. I am trying to create a grown and sexy tradition for Houston area colleges to come together, promote, and celebrate with each other. My event will be great for the Houston community, and will bring a lot more customers to your business as well.

My name is Jimmie Lewis, III. I am a senior biology student at Prairie View A&M University. This event is for the college culture, and I am doing everything possible to allow this event to occur. This will be the first time that this kind of event has happened, and it will allow a lot of students from different schools  to interact with each other. Networking is essential to be successful in this world. Therefore, as young adults, mingling and socializing will allow different students from

different backgrounds to interact with each other.
