About the event
Purple Reign is an event for college students of all over Worcester Ma and the New England area to come out for an amazing night partying with friends, and meeting new people from local schools. The night is designed for:
1) All students in the Worcester area to finally come together to meet and enjoy a night out with people from their neighboring campuses, which further pushes BCK's agenda of strengthening communication and networking colleges of close proximity.
2) To bring students outside of the Worcester area to a large scale event for college students, and have them connect with other students during a fun night out.
3) To help bring Omega Psi Phi ( Boston based student organization) more awareness to their organization and enter a new market to gain new active members to their organization.
We will be collaborating Omega Psi Phi and getting additional support many other student organizations in the area. They will bringing their student body by contributing to the production and promotion of the event. The night will consist of students dancing and mingling to one of the hottest DJs from the area playing the latest hits.

During our event promotion period, we will post your personal advertisement, flyer, or logo on our social media with a caption of your choice. You will have the opportunity to set up an info booth/table in an appropriate area in or outside the venue. With this booth, you will be allowed to pass out promotional materials, meet and greet students, create your own raffle and give away by building an email list, and more. Sponsorship funding will go to covering expenses for the event.

Your logo will be visibly represented on our event flyer. The flyer will be posted on all of our social media outlets and our webpage. Our social media presence includes Snap Chat, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. We will make a specific mention of your brand in our caption on our social media posts. Our promotion also includes posting physical copies of the flyers on campuses in the area and handing physical copies out to students, which will contain your logo on it. (We are willing to provide photo and video evidence if necessary.) Sponsorship funding will go to covering expenses for the event.
