As the President of Horizon Projects Consulting Corp., (established in May 2010) Lawson James has more than twenty four years of project management and process improvement experience in software development and deployment for an array of business industries. Serving as a functional and technology leader experienced in designing, managing and implementing enterprise critical technology solutions, Lawson has proven to be an invaluable resource providing oversight during Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) selection and implementation projects. Lawson is a  proficient leader who  combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience. He uses this ability to manage efficiently and impart this knowledge to internal and external team members. Using skills developed from coaching and training programs, Lawson trains staff in all facets of the software delivery life cycle including, presale evaluation, requirements gathering, project documentation and planning, programming, implementation, stakeholder communications, training, deployment, and maintenance.  A working leader, her is committed to high performance, Lawson has been responsible for all aspects of the configuration, design, testing, training, conversion and implementation of Oracle Projects for corporate divisions and sub operating units. His experience improving business processes, optimizing supply chains, implementing business development strategies, and identifying ERP system solutions continues to prove fundamentally critical and operationally vital to his clients. Lawson is distinguished by his passion for business, his focus on collaborative team-building, and his commitment to meeting client demands has served him well as he lead the deployment of system with project budgets over $15M.
