About the event
THE INAUGURAL UNIVERSITY OF PLYMOUTH PENINSULA SCHOOLS OF MEDICINE AND DENTISTRY GRADUATION BALL 2018.
In July 2018, the first ever class of Plymouth University Peninula School of Medicine Class will graduate and begin their professional careers as doctors.
We welcome you to be involved in our event and to help make this night as special as possible for Peninsula medical students' last celebration as a cohort.
The event will take place at The Orangery at Mount Edgecombe on 21/07/18, and will be attended by 100+ graduating medical students, lecturers, professors and doctors.
Why should you sponsor?
We are offering the opportunity for you to advertise to 65+ newly qualified doctors, as well as senior lecturers and consultant physicians, and also undergraduate medical students through our popular social media platforms.
This cohort of 65+ junior doctors are about to embark on their careers and lives as young professionals. With this, they will be looking to be involved with a range of companies offering a wide range of services to enhance both their professional and their personal lives. Services could include: financial services, food and drink, professional and legal services, health and wellbeing, medical equipment, and property and housing services; and many more!

Abigail TurnerHello - I am Abigail a fifth year medical student about to graduate from Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. I am currently working as a member of our graduation ball committee, particularly looking for companies who we can mutually benefit through advertisement and awareness. In my time at medical school, I have served as MedSoc's social secretary, which involved managing the sponsorship and social media for an audience of 700+ over three localities. I am particularly interested in organising this event to make the first ever PUPSMD graduation ball as magical as possible, leaving a legacy for the many years of graduating students to come. I also would like to take this opportunity to thank the countless staff who have contributed towards our learning and professional development over the last 5 years - many of whom will be in attendance.
