About the event
In an effort to give back to the community, Puppy Haven is very excited to announce our Fifth Annual Party for the Paws benefitting the Atlanta Humane Society. The event will be held on Saturday May 2nd from 11am-3pm at Puppy Haven Brookhaven, located on Caldwell Road.
The Atlanta Humane Society is one of the oldest charities in Atlanta, serving the animals in the community for more than 146 years. As a no-kill animal shelter, they help nearly 10,000 animals a year find their forever homes. They do this incredible work from three different locations in the metro Atlanta area through sheltering, adoption, veterinary care and community outreach. The Atlanta Humane Society works very hard to promote a united front against animal cruelty, neglect and displacement. The goal of the Atlanta Humane Society is to instill compassion in all that they do.
Puppy Haven’s goal is to celebrate the Atlanta Humane Society’s mission, raise awareness for animals in need and host a fun, family-friendly event. In order to provide as much assistance as possible to the Atlanta Human Society, we are asking for local sponsors like you! Party for the Paws has been able to raise over $16,000 for animals in need over the past four years.
Party for the Paws is a dog-friendly event and will include food trucks, a beer station, live music, photo booth, over twenty- five vendors, silent auction, doggy pools, bounce house and slide, face painting and MORE! Our partner, the Atlanta Humane Society, will host an adoption event during Party for the Paws in hopes of finding “furever” homes for their animals in need!
Over 700 people attended the event last year and we are expecting at least as many attendees this year (plus their furry friends)! The event has become a staple in the community, and we expect this year will be no different.

You should sponsor this event because all proceeds go to benefit the Atlanta Humane Society. They do such wonderful work for animal in need and deserve all they can get.
