Objective: A celebration of the cuisine of Spain as a unifying obsession between Anthony Bourdain, José Andrés and Roads & Kingdoms

If there were two people on the planet you'd want to be with to celebrate a unique culinary obsession, it's these two: Anthony Bourdain and star chef José Andrés. That's who Roads & Kingdoms, the award-winning food and travel media company, is bringing together for one extraordinary night at Instituto Cervantes.

Our Paella Pro-Am will match groups of guests with a professional chef and together each team will create its own paella to present to a panel of distinguished judges. While the paella simmers, an intimate discussion about Spain and its food culture will take place with Anthony Bourdain, José Andrés, and Matt Goulding.

A selection of delicacies—from acorn-fed jamón to pristine seafood to world-class wines—will round out the offering.
