Infinite Dimensions in association with Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Asia Organisation Development Network (AODN) OD Philippines Network (OPDN) is organising OPD 2018 (Organisation, People and Data Conference) on 5th and 6th of December 2018 at Mumbai, India. We have invited speakers from HBS, MIT, Leeds University, South California University, Case Western Reserve University, XLRI, ISI,MDI and guests from industry that include CEO’s, CHRO’s, OD Heads and CAO’s.  The conference is expected to be attended by 500 delegates from academia and industry.    

OPD 2018 presents some of the most exciting work currently taking place on the frontiers of Organisation Development, Change Management, Leadership Development and People Analytics, and giving solid, proven advice on how to move ahead with your own projects. OPD 2018 is bridging the gap between research and practice by bringing academia and industry on common platform.    

OPD 2018 is designed to critically evaluate emerging practices and theories in organisation development , change management and people analytics. To recognize theories and practices developed by OD, Change, People  and Behavioural Analytics practitioners; and have meaningful dialogues on the challenges and issues faced by organisations and practitioners through the process of facilitating diagnosis and interventions.
