    Festival 3-day events is for families to experience different types of culture. 

    All multicultural youth participants will come together to celebrate and share different food traditions, spend time getting to know one another’s cultures celebrating together in park family like settings surrounding experiences of each other’s cultural food, arts, music, taste, fashions creations and learnings of all diversities.  It is a celebration of people and our differences that help us appreciate each other more.  This event will feature guest DJ’s, vendors, games, dance, live performances, and other fun activities. 30,000 attendees over 3-day event!  The Goal: The entire Butler County Oh, Hamilton Ohio city downtown communities celebrating cultural diversity showing love and appreciation for all through artistic expression, history, paintings and art pieces, food, and so much more.

Our organization established since 1999, located in CincinnatiHamilton-Middletown, Ohio.  BLAD serve disadvantaged youth residing in lower- moderate income communities by furnishing FREE  year round and summertime programs jobs/music projects that feature child hunger and nutrition services, enrichment and education and safe learning environments. BLAD needs your assistance in helping us continue our mission.  Backing Local Artists Dreams in partnership with Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Students Impact Program University of Cincinnati Ohio. Renee Edwards currently lives in Hamilton, Ohio. A Native of residing in Cincinnati Ohio 43 years. Relocating to Hamilton Ohio in 2012, empowerful community connected, cultivating her interest in community organizing that pertains to cultural arts. College educated, still pursuing a Masters Degree in Community Services at KENT State Ohio University in KENT Ohio, Renee started her own dance teams to focus on youth in low income communities in 1975-2005. Renee started drill and dance teams, won local and regional competitions placing mainly Grand place trophies community winnings, 1st, 2nd and only one 3rd place in all  Midwest regional competitions her teams were registered to compete. In the early 1980’s up to late 1990s, Renee Edwards participated in local community Midwest regional concerts performing as a rap artist along with her professional youth dance teams and other local recording artist such as National recording artist Boostie Collins various local artist in Cincinnati Ohio areas.. 
    In 1996, Renee was the opening performing act in her home town Cincinnati, Ohio for National Recording Artist singing group called 112 under the direction of New York, National Recording Label BadBoy Entertainment (Sean Puffy Combs group). Renee also performed as opening act along with comedian Eddie Griffin in Cincinnati, Ohio. After her performing live days, In 1999, Renee decided to devote more time to local youth to implement all year round local nonprofit organizational programs throughout the Cincinnati-Middletown and Hamilton Ohio areas. While starting the nonprofit Backing Local Artist Dreams (dba) BLAD Talent Agency in the year of 2000,
    Renee empowered more outreach by recruiting kids then teaching them to do live stage performance skills ranging from dance, drillteam, acting, singing operating audio & video equipment while creating summer jobs summits at Cincinnati Ohio Duke Energy Center for youth along side of Cincinnati Ohio Mayor Mark Mallory in the year of 2002-2005. In May of 2005, Renee was selected as National RadioOne local radio station 101.1 WIZ-F Unsung Hero. Renee receive Midwest regional recognitions and a gold medal from RadioOne WIZ-F Radio executives. Renee has been a professional live stage MC (mistress of ceremonies) at over 30 events in the local & Midwest Regional Areas. 

    OTHER SKILLS/ Other information: Specializing in: Creative /entertainment performing arts working with inner city youth work with several businesses throughout the tri-state areas as well such as festivals, club owners that help support/promote for a worthy cause.  Fundraising, Promotions, supervising youth working at festival making booth sales for the nonprofit organization.  Answering Phones Lines Systems.
