  • About the event

According to American Express’ report on female entrepreneurship, as of 2016, it is estimated that there are now 11.3 million women-owned businesses in the United States, employing nearly 9 million people and generating over $1.6 trillion in revenues. In other words, female entrepreneurship is a very important part of the American economy.

MogulCon celebrates and respects that every woman, whether a corporate influencer or entrepreneur, has different opportunities for growth. MogulCon is the first event of its kind to invite both to the same platform to engage. For two-days female corporate influencers and women entrepreneurs come together to share, discuss and learn from one another.

For too long the women of Corporate America and women entrpreneurs have operated in seperate spaces. Today we are bridging that gap and sharing lessons learned from women across the career spectrum.
From panel discussions with top women at Fortune 100 companies to Think Tank exercises with 7-figure women entrepreneurs, participants will:
    • Recieve real life examples on processes that will acclerate their action plans

    • Learn how to embrace speed and get excellent results

    • Feel empowered to generate new strategies and assess scalable business ideas.

    • Gain a new network of likeminded women.

As a corporation you understand the importance of providing experiences such as these, as women make up 47% of the workforce and more than half are considered to be emerging leaders in their fields. With your support these women, know they are not  alone in their journey and you believe in their success.
