Objective

Moboombox & Friends will be doing a tour consisting of multiple shows in major DMV cities and other major cities in order to scout raw aspiring artists & talent.

Description

For this tour we seek to: Draw in audience and show them the wonderful things that our entertainment scene is capable of, so that they will support them and build the talent up from within. We want to expand our platform so that we will be able to provide talents with more avenues for success. One major goal of the tour is to provide resources to assist them in their pursuit of their dreams and more opportunities to gain exposure. Our goal is to bring art, music, fashion, and the community together in a way that the entertainment culture and the world has never seen before.

With that being said, Winter & Spring is approaching and we have our calendars set for some amazing events lined up for our 1st annual “MO & Friends Launch Party Tour” (Winter Edition)/ (Spring Edition). A series of locations across the nation with the intention of bringing exposure to talents in several areas especially in the DMV.

Why Sponsor this tour?: Allows sponsors to gain exposure and support a unique tour series that’s providing talents an opportunity while giving the community meaningful events.

There is no entertainment experience that compares to that of the live events. The sense of community, the feeling of freedom, the authenticity of live performances, and the audience/artist relationship that is formed are unparalleled experiences. We support talents who have never had a chance to perform on such a platform, but also to our community. Virginia is notorious for not supporting its talent until it’s too late, causing many of our best artists to leave the state in pursuit of a more engaged audience. We believe that this is because there is currently no platform for these artists to truly share their talents with the community, where Virginia's talent is given the spotlight and showcased in a positive light.

That is what our brand seeks to do: Draw in the community and show them the wonderful things that our entertainment scene is capable of so that they will support them and build the talent up from within. We want to expand our platform to be able to provide talents with more avenues for success, more resources to assist them in their pursuit of their dreams, and more opportunities to gain exposure. A series of venues across the East Coast & West Coast with the intention of bringing exposure to talents. Everything from Showcases, Pop Up Shops, & etc will be on the menu. While the artists may be the highlight of the show, we all know sponsorship is the foundation. MO Boombox

MOBoombox was founded in 2014 by Abel Girma and James Spears with the idea of having a platform for emerging artist to showcase their talent, promote and endorse quality entertainment.  Since our brand is based in the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) , we’ve done several events and media campaigns with talents from this year and we eventually to expand other locations as well. MOBoombox also host events so the viewers cannot only read about new artist but see them perform live to get an overall vibe of what they bring to the culture. MOBoombox’s primary focus is to provide these talents like artists, models, brands and etc. with not only just promoting their brand but we also want help provide branding services to these talents. Not only do we endorse great upcoming talent, we let the viewers know what is trending in today’s entertainment by commentating on pop culture through our podcast, shows and interviews as well curating groundbreaking articles.
