About the event

MIST is an Interscholastic tournament open to all high school Muslims, although anyone can come and spectate. It's purpose is “to bring high school students together to develop leadership, promote communication, and inspire creativity while gaining a deeper understanding of Islam and Muslims” by experiencing “the thrill of competition, the blossoming of talent, the strength of teamwork, and the serenity of being one united family.”

Why should you sponsor?

Everyone going to MIST from my school is planning to wear matching clothes, and all our sponsors will have their logos on the hoodies we wear. The hoodies will be worn for the whole duration of the tournament, and be shown to both competitors and spectators. If we get to the National level (takes place in New York), then countless people from 3 different countries will see your logo, if you decide to sponsor/donate.

Hello,

I'm a high schooler (Sophomore) trying to raise funds to go to MIST (Muslim Interscholastic Tournament). Although I, along with about several dozen others from my school, want to attend MIST to meet new people and have fun, I think it's also a very beneficial opportunity to help us gain a wider understanding of the world and communities/unity, and valuable experiences, as well as helping us to become better people and be more prepared for the future. Every cent really does help!
