The 2017 Miss Universe Guyana National Pageant is coming to NYC! This National Preliminary to the Miss Universe competition will be held at the York College Performing Arts Center on Aug 19th, 2017 at 7pm!

Come witness this one of a kind event as we crown our 2017 Guyanese beauty ambassador in the home state of the Miss Universe Organization, New York City! Featuring a red carpet hosted by Guyana Chunes' Musical Sensation, Shanaz Hussein! A fashion forward, glamorous event for all ages!

August 19th will be the final coronation night after a week of events, training, rehearsals. For over 60 years, women from across the world, have trained and prepared for their unique journeys toward competing for the title of MISS UNIVERSE® and it all starts at a national pageant such as ours. Our pageant challenges women to get out of their comfort zones, push beyond their limits and be fearless!

The MISS UNIVERSE® Organization is now under the WME/IMG ownership and management, which has since boosted this international pageant’s global presence. With the new management, comes new opportunities for tourism and cultural exchange, between the sister countries, who participate in this competition.

This new relationship between the National Director, Jyoti Hardat, and the MISS UNIVERSE® Organization, has helped the MISS UNIVERSE GUYANA® pageant, to attract celebrities and followers from around the world, who are willing to attend as special guests and judges, of the MISS UNIVERSE GUYANA® Pageant. This allows for the opportunity for your brand to be seen and recognized by consumers from around the world.

Advertisement for the main show itself will be placed in business locations, on social media, in the national and local newspapers, in print and online.  Your company will be fully promoted on every document that holds details of our pageant.

You will also receive space for your ads in our National Program Book, a magazine which will feature our sponsors and contestants and will be available on the day of the pageant to those in attendance.

The Grand Finale of the MISS UNIVERSE GUYANA® Pageant will be widely covered by the several media outlets, including, but not limited to; prints, radio and television. Our event will also broadcast to viewers from all over the world.

Celebrities will be in attendance

• Nia Sanchez is an American actress, model, taekwondo coach and beauty queen who won Miss USA 2014. Sanchez is the first contestant from Nevada to be crowned Miss USA. She represented the United States in the Miss Universe 2014 competition on January 25, 2015 and placed 1st runner-up. Nia is an accomplished actress and model and has co-founded Universal Confidence with her Miss Universe roommate and bestfriend, Tegan Martin, Miss Universe Australia 2014. Universal Confidence is a program that aids women worldwide to find their confidence and to push for their dreams.

• Brent Allen is a Celebrity Photographer who has 20 years of experience in the Photography Industry and has worked with magazines such as Maxim. He has photographed for travel and history channels, MTV, WWE Divas and has worked with celebrities such as Dana Brooks,Alexa Bliss and Kane, as well as JWOWW. Brent was also a Talent Manager with James Cameron’s Talent Management in Hollywood!

Pre & Post - event Promotions will reach over 700,000 people in Guyana as well as millions across the USA and worldwide, through extensive media (TV & radio Stations), online coverage and other promotions. Sponsors will be recognized in the pageant’s National Program Book, promotional materials, media, website, email blasts, banner signage and visibility on location. . Our flexible sponsorship packages can be customized to best meet your marketing needs. Individual sponsorship in amounts, more or less than what is stated below, is accepted and will be greatly appreciated and recognized.
