At MVP our mission statement is simple: To positively impact today’s youth through sport, while teaching the morals and values needed to succeed on and off the court.
Myself and several other current professional players and coaches began a summer clinic business 5 years ago. With summer being our offseason, we wanted to share our passion and knowledge of the game with other athletes around the Midwest and beyond. We aim to not only build exceptional athletes, but strong adults outside of volleyball.
We are looking to have upwards of 35 clinics this summer from May to August; with a reach of over 900 middle and high school-aged athletes (12-18 years of age).
Alongside MVP, we have had the chance to impact the less fortunate volleyball community. Volley All charity collects lightly used athletic shoes, and offers them to local, underprivileged, students whom have the chance to participate in a free clinic. It is here we play games and teach basic volleyball skills and rules.
On behalf of these two organizations, we are asking for a product donation. We would like a gift to give these participants and donors in appreciation of their efforts.
At MVP, we travel the USA hoping to positively influence the next generation of athletes on and off the court. We aim to prepare adolescents for life after sports, and the responsibiliites that come with being an active member of society. During clinics we not only teach volleyball skills, but hold chalk talk sessions with the athletes, coordinate team building activites, share volunteer opportunities, and give the kids a chance to donate to our charitable program. We offer scholarships to high schools seniors whom submit essays covering various topics.
As current professional players, volleyball and atheltics have given us so much. We have had the opprutnity to travel the world playing the sport we love; it is thorugh the summer clinic series we want to share our experiences and love for the game. Being just midwestern kids, who would've though we would have these opportunities- and we want the younger generation to understand that anything is possible!

Hello! I'm a current professional volleyball player turned clinic coach in the summers. My name is Kaylee Manns and I have an extreme passion for coaching today's youth. I beleive that through sport we learn many valuable life lessons, most of which mold our attitudes and behaviors for the rest of our lives.
I graduated from Iowa State University in 2011, and have been playing professinally throughout the world since. I have covered: Switzerland, Germany, Norway, Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, Puerto Rico, Philippines, and Turkey. With the summer being offseason, myself and several other current and professional athletes/coaches saw the need for affordable training options in the offseason. Not all programs and families can afford to travel to and pay for university camps. It is here we decided to create MVP- where we travel to you, and base prices off your need as a program. We never want to deter any athletes due to cost, so often times we sponsor kids :)
I really hope to gain sponsorship to help this company continue to grow and make its mark on these kids' lives.
