We at Anubhuti- The Dramatics Society of Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University are hosting our annual Theatre Event- Madari’18. The event is in association with the college cultural fest, Nexus 2018. We are looking for sponsors to help us organise the event.

We at Anubhuti- The Dramatics Society of Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University are hosting our annual Theatre Event- Madari’18. The event is in association with the college cultural fest, Nexus 2018. We are looking for sponsors to help us organise the event.

Anubhuti was established 15 years ago, and in the recent years we have participated in over 150 competitions in Delhi University and other major festivals such as Mood Indigo, IIT Mumbai and IIT Kanpur. We have also recieved special mentions from eminent faculty and alumnus of NSD including Piyush Mishra, Adil Hussain and Tanya Abrol.

The main agenda of the Anubhuti is to sensitize people and create a ripple of change. We address issues that affect society as a whole.

Madari’18 will be an all day event on the Second day of Nexus. We have 12 teams participating, that is 360+ participants, along with a large captive audience and people who visit Nexus. The festival will have a footfall of about 1500 students between the age of 18-24 from around Delhi NCR.

DU Beat, the official newsletter of the University of Delhi will be covering our event exclusively. This would guarantee publicity in all of the colleges that come directly under Delhi University's ambit and also other affiliated colleges.

This will allow your company/ organisation to reach a large audience and provide an excellent and lucrative opportunity for marketing and branding.

As part of the sponsorship deal, we will facilitate both online and offline marketing including printing of posters, banners, hoardings, refreshments and branded merchandise for your product/service.

We also have a social media presence across all platforms- Facebook, Instagram and Twitter which will be used for promotion of our fest and its sponsors. Our social media channels have a reach of about 4000+ direct followers and a potential of millions of mentions.

We request a sponsorship of amount ranging between 10,000-20,000 rupees. Payments can be made in cash, DD or cheques.

There are three tiers of sponsors.

Third tier sponsors contribute 5,000 and they will receive a special mention, online marketing campaign, and distribute pamphlets with the brand logo.

Second tier Sponsors contribute 10,000-15,000 and will receive all benefits of third tier as well as put up a board with the sponsor logo.

First tier Sponsors contribute between 15,000-25,000. Along with third and second tier benefits, we will put up a hoarding and flex board with the sponsor brand logo. We will also put up a stall/ counter with merchandise relating to the sponsor.

First tier sponsors may also get special discounts, and other benefits as per terms of discussion.
