The LUMS Annual Photography Summit, a 2-3 day event is set to include 6 competitions, 2
Workshops & 2 Social events. LAPS’17 will give our sponsor brands extensive on-ground
and online exposure, via the expected 600 delegates and over 3500 LUMS student body, who
will be present at the event. Furthermore, sponsor brands will receive extensive branding on
the LUMS Photography Society Facebook page, which has over 200,000 subscribers, as well
as the LUMS Photography Society website & LAPS web portals. Our major sponsorship
packages are Platinum (Rs. 1,000,000), Gold (Rs. 700,000) & Silver (Rs. 500,000). Further

LUMS Photography Society, through LUMS Annual Photography Summit (LAPS), Annual Exhibition and Social Responsibility program provides a platform for your brand to network with stakeholders across the land. Through LAPS, it provides an opportunity for students from all over Pakistan, who wish to learn and develop their photographic skills to gather together in an enriching environment and nurture their photographic knowledge in a more creative and competitive way. This represents a unique opportunity for your Brand, as we aim to receive up to 600 delegates from across the country, i.e. representatives from up to a 100 educational institutions. The delegates will represent all socio-economic classes, and will primarily be aged between 17-23 years. Another important factor to note, is the LUMS student body itself, which comprises over 3000 students, and is uniquely exposed to all conference related branding in the weeks leading up to it. The LAPS team hopes to make the fourth
annual LAPS Conference a success as there is a dire need to promote art forms such as photography in a country where younger talent in these fields does not get the exposure it deserves. It will also be an excellent networking opportunity for them, including with representatives from your
brand. Furthermore, we will be inviting notable names in Photography for our various events, such as the Opening Ceremony, and LAPS will be getting coverage in Newspapers, Blogs, Radio as well as Television. One of the biggest assets of the LUMS Photographic Society is our Facebook page, with 200,000+ subscribers; making it one of the most followed pages amongst university societies in Pakistan. There is no better advertising opportunity in today’s day and age than to have a strong internet presence, and our Facebook page will be used extensively for the purpose of promoting the LAPS Conference and our sponsors. Adding to its major events in an academic year, LUMS Photography Society will be dedicating an entire exhibition based event to Photographers who lack the platform to showcase their talent and where competing might earn them enchanting rewards. A two day event will revolve around workshops and where showcasing in the pinnacle of objectives, an opportunity to showcasing your brand cannot get any better.
As the biggest photography society of Pakistan, the newly initiated Social Responsibility Program by LUMS Photography Society will try to engage the less privileged society of Pakistan and their stories with the general public. As already mentioned, with already over 200,000 subscribers with each post having over 1,000,000 reach at times, it will enhance your brand’s exposure in terms of public relations as your support for the society will enable us to reach over broader horizons and humans of Pakistan and who knows, it might lead to leading the society for a better cause, helping each other by spreading the message beyond one’s imagination.
