    The Jump$tart Business Basics training series aims to inspire economic sustainability through business ownership.  The series includes monthly webinars, bimonthly Lunch ‘n’ Learn networking events, and bimonthly full-day trainings especially for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in the greater Chicagoland area to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they need to be to build successful, sustainable, and profitable businesses.  

    Led by Master Business Coach, Author and Corporate Trainer, Niquenya D. Collins, participants become armed with the knowledge and resources necessary to succeed in the global marketplace. Topics include business startup, certifications, sales and marketing, technology, and more.

    The Jump$tart Business Basics Training Series is an ongoing and revolving program that launched this year. It includes educational monthly webinars, bimonthly Lunch 'n' Learns, and bimonthly full-day training events. Topics covered help small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs build a solid startup foundation, improve operations, apply technology, and generate consistent profit for long-term growth and sustainability. Each event hosts 20 - 100 participants allowing us to serve approximately 1200 entrepreneurs every year. With the addition of our annual Designing the Dream Entrepreneur Conference, we will be able to deliver training to an additional 100 - 200 entrepreneurs thereby making a positive impact on economic development within the communities we serve.

    My name is Niquenya D. Collins; however, my clients refer to me as Coach Niquenya. I am the President and CEO of Building Bridges Consulting, a small business consulting, executive coaching, and corporate training firm specializing in transforming dreamers into successful entrepreneurs. In addition to being a Master Business Coach, I am also a published author, speaker, management consultant, and corporate trainer.
