Dear Sir/Ma’am,

On behalf of Indus International School Hyderabad, we would like to invite you to sponsor our annual fundraiser “Insignia”.

Insignia 2017 will be held at Indus International school Hyderabad on August 19th 2017 and will include food, games, music and plenty more for all who attend.

Through this event, we aim to raise funds that will go towards establishing a sanitary napkin manufacturing unit in Kondakal, which will aid in providing women with a healthier and more hygienic lifestyle. In addition, we plan to train and employ local women to run this unit, which will empower these women.

Your contribution would help greatly in funding this event. Sponsoring our event would provide you with a platform to promote your company/organisation while also allowing you to contribute towards making a change for the better.

Insignia 2017 would be attended by students from various prominent schools in our city such as Indus International School Hyderabad, Oakridge International school, Sreenidhi International School etc along with teachers and parents from the same, providing an aptly suited target audience for your product. In addition, we will be advertising our fundraiser through various social media platforms, which would help promote your brand to an even larger audience.
