About the event

Respected Madam/Sir,

Greetings from SVKM’s NMIMS Global campus, Navi Mumbai.

SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies has a rich and long-standing legacy of forging collaborations and building partnerships with the industry and Corporates. Institutions and Companies have consistently reposed their faith in us by offering stellar placements to our students for the past many decades. Our Global campus has been established at Navi Mumbai with world class infrastructure and facilities and an outstanding faculty with brilliant academic and industry track record.

We are delighted to announce  Ignite 2K-twenty (Ignite 2020) on 7^th to 9^th of March, 2020. Our three-day technical extravaganza will bring together people from the top colleges of Mumbai and rest of the country. This conglomeration will not only provide the perfect ambiance for the Techies to learn and broaden their horizons about trends in the industry but will also spread awareness on importance of “Sustainable Environment and Digitalization” that we at NMIMS plan to achieve.

The festival is divided in two segments: the first two days of the festival being a mixture of technology-related events including but not limited to Guest Lectures, Workshops, Hackathons, Case-studies, gaming, Robo-wars, RC Racing among others, which will be followed by the last day being dedicated in social initiatives on the lines of our theme: “Sustainable Environment and Digitalization”.

With a business paradigm that is based on an interconnected vision – of people’s welfare, societal growth in areas of Education and Promotion of art and culture, NMIMS Global campus would be honored to associate with your organization. A list of areas where we can collaborate are as follows:

Day 1 & Day 2:

o  Organizing Hackathons or other events such as Case-Studies, Coding, Panel discussion/debate;

o  Guest Lectures/(Motivational) Talk;

o  Workshops on a mutually decided area;

o  Canopy/Stall dedicated to showcase your product/service;

o  Judging Panel of Coding or Other Competitions;

Day 3:

One or more of the following will be done:

o  Conduct a day-long workshop to teach kids in a nearby village;

o  Tree-plantation and a Clean-Up drive;

o  Session(s) on using technology in day to day life and for learning;

o  Any other mutually decided activity in association with your company;

[It is important to note that the marketing team of the college will conduct promotional drills in all big residential sectors and buildings across Kharghar along with around 30+ top colleges across Mumbai. This will enlighten the residences about the tech festival and donation/plantation drive that our college will perform in association with the Rotaract Club of Navi Mumbai. The promotional drills will not only register and ensure participation of the people for the tech festival and plantation drives, but will also give an opportunity to our sponsors to interact with the people during the fest. Also, the first few count (say 100 or 200) of people will get free T-shirts for the 3^rd day so that they feel connected and help us do good for the society.]

NMIMS Kharghar is situated in a rapidly growing educational hub of Navi Mumbai, right next to the Central Business District (CBD) of Navi Mumbai, in a city with thousands of students are willing to participate in such events, making it a perfect association. Our online presence and publicity will be felt through all the colleges in and around the city and beyond.  Last, but not the least, we are eminently pleased to invite you to be one of the Sponsors for our upcoming Tech-Fest Ignite 2k20 at SVKM's NMIMS School of Technology Management & Engineering College in Navi Mumbai, with this letter of solicitation.

In terms of deliverables from our end, we will be providing one or more of the below:             

o A canopy for the sponsor team(s) to interact with the visitors.

o Details of the residents (contact numbers, email IDs) interested in the sponsor’s services.

o   Advertisement space on the event hoardings.

o   We also offer deliverables like hoarding advertisements on prime locations, digital marketing and much more.

o   The logo of your company will be placed on Backdrop of opening/closing ceremony.

o   Social Media pages of the festival, Advertising material used by the Organizing Committee including but not limited to Brochures, Posters, Pamphlets & Invitation letters, any other place where the event is mentioned.

o   The name of the organization along with the mediated nomenclature of association will be used for all communication and promotional purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, stationary, inviting: Dignitaries, Colleges, Sponsors and Media.
