    We, the Center City Listings Team, are starting the Philly Home Ownership Movement (PHOM). This entails branding ourselves as the go-to and most influential resource for the Philadelphia area in regards to buying real estate here. The market itself is booming and we want everyone in the city to be able to understand how easy it is to buy a home and start building wealth and an overall better life for themselves, both financially and emotionally.

    Since we started Home Buyer Happy Hour, we have learned that we develop instant credibility and become a major real estate influence on the people that attend. This is because the event allows us to get face-to-face with our consumer and have intimate conversations with them.

    Steve Buzogany

    Steve Buzogany began his real estate career at 20-years-old right after his junior year at Saint Joseph’s University. He realized that he wanted to get started with building long-term wealth through real estate at an early age so that later on in life, things would be easier financially. Since the start of his career, he has successfully flipped 5 homes, sold over 70 homes, and, at 25-years-old, also owns a home in the Roxborough neighborhood of Philadelphia, a beautiful $500,000 piece of new construction.

                His early success with his own career and life led him to want to share his success with others. His motto: “I want to be a massive success and I want to bring as many people as possible along for the ride.” He realized that many people were not buying real estate, couldn’t afford to buy real estate, or could buy it but had no idea that they were financially capable of it. Their understanding of real estate was minimal.

    In Philadelphia’s unique market, Steve has found a lot of success in meeting with people in an intimate, face-to-face environment.
