About the event
My name is Kelilah Baker I'm 17 I attend Southview highschool. I am 2017-2018 President of FCCLA (Family, Community,Careers, Leaders of America) This year I competed in the star events held in Greensboro.
STAR Events (Students Taking Action with Recognition) are competitive events in which members are recognized for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills, and career preparation. STAR Events offer individual skill development and application of learning. My category was Hospitality tourism and recreation. I received an silver medal I will be attending our national conference which is held in Nashville Tennessee. Our price for us to travel and hotel expenses are $1,500. Please help me represent my school and state at Nationals Thank you
